Is an influx of refugees from Craig's List who don't understand discretion. I wouldn't go near any provider who is dumb enough to post the street that she is staying on (saw one of these last week) or even the city if it's in the burbs or an area that is known to be "hot". It may not be intentional but carelessness like this is a good indicator that the lady does not know much about how to be discreet.
Someone had asked for hotel recommendations, and the responses listed the names and addresses of several hotels. I pointed this out, and expressed my concern that it may be a better idea to PM. For that, I promptly got my ass reamed on a public board.
If there is a downside to a site and a board like this it is the tendency of some people to forget that what we are involved in is illegal. Talking about it may not be but when conversation crosses over into the dissemination of real-world information people are put at risk. Even if they are sometimes too stupid to realize it.
