Yes, they are open. I am currently in town, and my clients have not experienced any issues booking appointments. BI number is 857.303.9924.

My advice for new members is to try to text BI already knowing what you want to do. Which girl you want to see and when. Something like: "Hi, I never used your service before. I want to see (let's say) Aiza on such a date and time. How do I go about it? If this slot is already taken what are my options?" or something like that. Make Maya feel that you're serious.  

Don't text Maya with general inquiries, asking her how to get verified with BI, or that you want to get verified with BI, etc. That almost guarantees that she'd think that you're just fishing and waisting her time and won't respond.

it pays to be professional

i applied when i started and nobody emailed me back. my rate is double theirs, i don't give an agency a cut, and i don't hang out in a hotel all day praying for a client. always grateful.
