This may sound like a job for LamontCranston69.  I seldom look through backpage when I'm searching for that special someone.  The odds of finding someone legit are not impossible, but fairly slim.  So after TER, of course, I browse eros-boston.  Here's what I don't understand:  why are some ads posted there for months, if not years, of girls who do not seem to exist?  Why tempt me to investigate, hoping against hope, when there is nothing to be found?  These ads share these things in common:  (1) gorgeous girl, (2) local area code, (3) not listed as visiting, (4) short text with no rates listed, (5) NO TER reviews, (6) no hits on tineye, and (7) googling phone number turns up nothing of value, except maybe other ads with no links to reviews.  Are these ads by LE?  Filler provided by eros to make it appear there are more options available?  Are these girls, if they exist, so far under the radar that they discourage reviews (then why advertise in the first place)?  Are the guys too dumb to exercise due diligence, and who get scammed as a result, too embarrassed to speak up?  What's up with that, anyway?

Here are some examples:
Sadie -- http://www.eros-boston.com/search/text?sch=sadie&x=12&y=12
Lisa -- http://www.eros-boston.com/files/56708.htm
Valerie -- http://www.eros-boston.com/files/71248.htm
Jessica -- http://www.eros-boston.com/files/148915.htm
Tawny -- http://www.eros-boston.com/files/115910.htm

OK, fess up -- has anyone seen any of these girls?  Maybe they're all TGTBT, but who stands to gain?  Discuss amongst yourselves.

Another thing they have in common are professionally or near-professional quality pictures, and only one girl lists an email address.

I would say that they are either filler, similar to what Adult Friend Finder and other sites use to increase interest in one area, or part of a group of scammers who buy up a bunch of local, throw away phone numbers and use model pics to lure victims.  Despite the fact that none show up on tineye, I would bet that they are model pics from somewhere (Met Art, model mayhem, etc).

The easiest thing would be to call a few and try to discern if the person on the other end of the line (if she picks up) matches the person in the pic.  I think they are TGTBT's, though the one who lists an email address might be legit.  Just a feeling I guess.

So far as I'm concerned, there is maybe a 2% chance that any girl who has just an Eros ad, with just a phone number, and no reviews, is legit.  That percentage falls to 0% if the ad is more than a few weeks old, especially if the girl looks really hot.  There are far too many of us trolling around the internet looking for talent for a super-hot mid-20s provider to escape notice and commentary.

I agree, but why do the ads stay up?  As for calling these numbers, if I can't get any other information I'm not going to put in more time investigating.  Contrary to what is implied in these posts, I do have a life!  Thanks for the comments.

I know quite a few ladies in the Boston scene, and I have never met or heard of any of these girls. Seriously, you're writing one sentence of copy and no website, not even a free one? Smells of scam.
