The disapearance of RSG is a great loss to the Boston community.  I wonder if with the new "trafficking"  law in Mass the resk-reward ratio got tipped too much to the risk side and in view of the drakonian penaltie, retirement became attraqctive ?
We can all thank the blue-nosed do gooders at the state house who could not distinguish between transactions between consenting adults and profiting from sexual slavery.

Having been a hobbyist for many years I find this announcement to be upsetting. Inch by inch our civil liberties are being curtailed, no more life liberty and the pursuit of happiness. All in the name of protecting us from ourselves. I think if this continues it may be time to take actions other than voting,  throw the bums out of office it appears what is ok for them to do is not ok for us just look a John Edwards misappropriates campaign funds and gets off Scott free. Here in Massachusetts we are not allowed to have some adult fun. Maybe it’s time that we get a candidate to introduce a bill to legalize and stop wasting money chasing people who are enjoying life. And go after real criminals namely politicians.

We as hobbiest that used rsg will all miss the great value Jill and co.  provided  and your question is valid, Jill was never timid so she could have felt the heat of being a big fish in an election year and  retired on her own terms. Any legal eagles that could  clarify the validity of  the way this law is apt to be applied would be helpful to the entire community

Perhaps someone should start a petition to amend the new law so that it does not penalize those who work with consenting adults in the same draconian way as those who force women and children into this business. But realistically,  how many would sign such a petition even if they did agree with it?

What are you smoking? Do you really think there are any "blue-nosed do gooders" in that cesspool of single party corruption, populism, and post-modern progressivism that is the Massachusetts General Court? Wouldn't it make more sense to blame acclaimed (in our degenerate modern academia) intellectual frauds like Jacques Lacan, Jacques Derrida, and Michel Foucault? This is exactly what Camille Paglia warned us about, the anti-male, anti-beauty puritanism of post structualist, progressive feminism and its cult of victimhood! When you completely fail to identify from which political movement totalitarianism has and is coming from, you ensure that you and others will continue to vote these turds in and complain impotently when you get what you would have known you would get if you had bothered to inform yourselves. Blame Bush! It's Bush's fault! Kill two birds with one stone, and have a two minute hate against George W. Bush and Emmanuel Goldstein at the same time.
