I figured this would be the best place to ask this...

I'm headed to Boston next week and I'm going with my bestfriend.
She's never been to Boston and actually never seen snow!!
I want her expierence to be as awesome as mine was last time.(I really fell in love with your city)
Unfortunatly I don't remember the nice places I went with clients and don't have any dinner plans yet this trip. So if you know any awesome places to eat (high end preferred) or nice lounges or anything exciting that isnt just full of tourist PLEASE let me know.We love to party , but prefer no clubs this trip we get enough of that in Miami...... THANKS!!!

Daisy Buchanons ,Is getting renovations and the fireplace being installed in back and fixtures are in themselves a topic of conversation if you like high end detailed carpentry work . Its having a huge make over in there. interesting to see as it comes along.  Newbury street. . Stoddards downtown bBoston. Stoddards is an old Bustier Shop turned into restauraunt. They have cool Corsets out on display in dining area. I tried rabbit wrapped in bacon last visit and some cream stout beer. Huge , exotic beer selection.,Gothic design inside . Very cool. , . For something different "Buddhas Delight " Chinatown { They sculpt a lobster out of tvp and wheat gluten . Its 11percent vegan. I am not vegan any more but its still a trip to see how they create replicas of meat and chicken traditionally vietnamese dishes with creative use of soy products! Its also up on third floor and mostly window you can view all the hustle n bustle of Chinatown. Then for desert. Also up the street from Buddhas Delight is Coldstone Creamery. Get the birthday cake remix in the large waffle cone with rainbow jimmies. Xo have fun- Angel CAkes muah! Those be my top picks .

Top restaurants in Boston include:

1. Menton--chef's tasting menu is $150 or so before tax/tip, and that doesn't include wines.  Amazing, though.
2. No. 9 Park--many think this is the best restaurant in Boston.  Me included.  Obviously, it's  a matter of opinion.
3. Clio--impressive sushi station here, if that's you're thing.  Terrific non-Asian menu as well.
4. You've gotta have fish/seafood, right?--Neptune Oyster House in the North End.   Cheaper than most of the restaurants I've mentioned here.
5.  L'espalier--best French but old school, stuffy.  Great food, though.
6.  O Ya --- best Japanese food in town.  Expect to spend at least $200/head, though.  Crazy expensive but unbelievably ornate food.

These are all really high end places.  Most will set you back $100-150 per person or more.  There are tons of good places in the $25-40 entree range as well.  The south end (not to be confused with Southie) has lots of good restaurants, as does the north end (mostly Italian).

To avoid tourists, please avoid any of the Legal Seafood restaurants.  Mediocre in my book, and everyone who comes here seems to flock to them.
