There are several places downtown I can go. All I need to do is show up, and act like an asshole. Those people do it for free.

I don't know these ladies, and they may in fact be the most kind and caring folks on earth.

I'll admit to being somewhat risk-averse. I have a good life, enjoy good health, a lot of people depend on my good judgment and at 43 I have a lot still to contribute and many mountains left to climb. Yes, I take risks, but they are calculated. So my thoughts necessarily come from that perspective.

The services being offered by these ladies render the recipient completely helpless in the face of not only what they may wish to dole out; but also leave the recipient utterly dependent in the face of a fire or medical emergency.

A few years back, in Boston, a fellow had the misfortune of having a heart attack while in the care of a dominatrix. She wasn't very cool under pressure and instead of calling 9-1-1 to get an ambulance; she and her boyfriend wound up cutting up his dead body and disposing of it in a dumpster. At least, that's the story she gave in court because no other living person but her witnessed the death; and the body was such that an effective autopsy to determine full cause of death was unreliable.

Physical intimacy to start with leaves one terribly vulnerable; but one can be fairly certain all is well with someone who has been reviewed a lot. (In L.A. recently an escort drugged her customer right in his hotel room then brought in an accomplice to assist with robbing him. I'd suspect this lady had few if any reviews.)

Even if the lady tying you up is well-intentioned; are you confident in her ability to act under an emergency situation? Would she prioritize getting YOU out of a burning house?

So let me tell you what I would do instead if I wanted a lady to tie me up, because there is a very good and infinitely safer alternative.

There are a few super highly reviewed GFE providers here in the area that either also offer domination or have offered that exclusively in the past. You won't have to look far to find one of these ladies; especially if you read their posts on this board. I would see one or more of them under ordinary circumstances -- standard GFE.

During these sessions I would observe carefully. You'll be surprised at what you can tell just watching and listening to someone. In this way, you can develop an assessment of their character.

When you find a provider who you have seen a few times and that, in your assessment, can be fully trusted AND trusted under pressure; simply ask her. She probably has a big box of special toys and would be pleased as punch to bust them out for you.

In this way, you minimize the risks associated with this considerably and your comfort level will be much greater.

Again -- because being dominated isn't my cup of tea, risk-aversion sort of wins out over more courageous approaches. So my approach may not be appropriate for you. But I'd consider it if anyone depends on you for anything.
