I'd be interested in hearing opinions about the scheduling issues that seem to arise with almost every agency.  It seems that most escorts are incredibly casual about deciding whether or not to work on a particular day, and the agencies seem to have no way of predicting accurately when a particular girl will be available.

TheBellaDonna has posted a schedule on their Yahoo group, but when I called this morning the actual work schedule bore almost no relation to the calendar posted on Yahoo.  Most of us in the hobby are businessmen with busy schedules, who need to rely on accurate information in order to plan our liaisons.  Yet the casual attitude of many escorts toward scheduling makes this exceedingly difficult.  In the past I've arranged bookings well in advance, only to be told on the day of the booking that the girl decided not to come in.

I have never had these problems in Toronto, Montreal, and London, the places where I usually engage in this hobby.  Nor, of course, do I have this problem with the visiting agencies.  But it is a regular problem with the local agencies.  Since those of us who have the most money to spend would like to spend it on our hometown agencies, the scheduling problems have made that incredibly difficult.  Perhaps I'm just having a string of bad luck.  I'd like to hear other opinions.

Most of us have jobs that require us to show up whether we feel like it or not. I know I've had times when I showed up, but just "mailed it in". We expect Pedro Martinez to never mail it in whether he feels like it or not, because he gets a zillion dollars a game. These girls make reasonable money, but no one's getting rich. If they have a choice of not showing or showing up and giving a lackluster performance, I'd prefer the former. My own view is that men are rational and women are emotional, by and large. The emotional and intuitive elements that the provider provides (sorry) are fragile flowers that must be nurtured. Just a little 2 cents

As a businessman, I would think that you might understand that things happen beyond our control. People occasionally call in sick or leave work early due to medical situations.

When I first added the models’ schedule to the calendar on the belladonnamodels Yahoo group, I posted the following to the group message board.

“Keep in mind that the schedule is always subject to change. Cynthia has the real-time schedule. It's best to check with her directly because if you ask me, I email Cynthia.”

The schedule posted on the Yahoo calendar is subject to change. Also, it does not reflect openings (availability) in the schedule.

One final point... The ladies TELL US when they are available to work. WE DO NOT TELL THEM! If any agency in Boston or from out of town does the opposite, I’d love to hear about it! lol

If you would be so kind as to allow us our .02, lol. When dealing with the ladies from out of town, they have no outside influences to interfere with what they are doing. Usually no family issues, no car issues, no traffic detours or jams, nor do they travel an hour an a half to get to the city to their hotel every day they are available. Visiting ladies are in the hotel and that is where they stay, from the airport to the hotel, period (except for an occasional shopping burst!). We know this as we have a number of ladies that visit as well, and rarely do the ladies have problems that have arisen from any of those issues I just brought up.

Now in today’s case, Izabella called in sick, Cameron broke one of her teeth and has to go to a dentist, and Kori ran a bit late getting to town. All unavoidable cases and I don’t think it matters if a lady is Indy or agency, if something like this happens, what can you do? Indy or Agency has no effect on whether a lady falls ill, breaks a tooth, or gets backed up on 93. Short of investing allot of money in low jacks and cattle prods, what can you do? (That was a joke)

I understand your frustration, as we feel it as well sometimes. We do have checks and balances in place to limit this type of occurrence from the girls on a casual basis, but what recourse do we have when a lady breaks a tooth, or falls ill, and has a legitimate reason for taking a scheduled day off?

We try to post the schedule a day ahead of time so the gentlemen can plan, and for the most part it is accurate, but sometimes allot happens in the 12 hour span between the time we talk to the lady and the next morning. We apologize for the inconvenience, it is unfortunate, but in this case, unavoidable.

Jennifer, I intended this post to be helpful to all of us.  I'm sorry you found it offensive.  I'm just trying to figure out a way to help improve communication.  I think if you read carefully I didn't criticize the agency at all; I simply tried to identify a problem that we could all work together to solve.

You'll also note that I said nothing in my post about the lady with the chipped tooth, because she wasn't even listed on the calendar as being available today.  I referred the other ladies who were listed, but still not available. I'm just trying to be helpful!

Thanks, D.  This is just the kind of communication that helps the relation between agencies and clients.  As I said in response to Jennifer's post, I didn't intend my comments to be critical of the agency.  Rather, I was just trying to point out an issue that both agency and clients have a stake in addressing...and you've done just that.  No one has been more outspoken in my praise of TheBellaDonna than I have, and I appreciate that my occasional criticisms are also taken seriously.  Cheers!

I can speak from experience years ago I was still under the impression I could run my business the same way I was taught to run any other in the "realworld".
Well it didn't always work out so nicely ladies came in when they had too because they were afraid to lose their lively hood and werent always the happiest munchkins.
Providers are a beloved breed who do require the appropriate respect and nurturing and most days they wake up excited to come to work at the idea of a new erotic adventure and others they just dont feel up to it or have things get in the way.
If I were the hobbyist Id much rather be put off a day than spend my hard earned dollars on a girl whose agency has a set minimum of days and appointments she must make no matter what she feels like or what she's going through at the time.
The great thing about working with an agency that cares such as the Belladonna is that they apparently respect the ladies wishes and best interests and it obviously shows in the ladies reviews.
Not all agencies are cold hearted and insensitive to the ladies needs.
I can also understand how frusterating it is to have a scheduling change that upsets your day its definately no fun being on the other end of the phone having to break the news that someone your planning your afternoon with just isn't able to make it.
Let's all try and make the best of it and remember this is supposed to be fun!!!

What Cute little Pussy Cats (a low rate borough service, 150 and up)  did was on the website I had my webdesigner make it so that as girls went on and off schedule you pulled their pics and profiles onto one page , the "availability" page. Clients liked it and it made it easier on me and them. You still have the problem of not knowing until the girl calls on which makes pre-booking hard, usually if you have a reliable girl and you tell her she has something definite she should show, granted they usually don't (murphy's law) be honest with the client suggest to him a second and even a third choice if he is attempting to book in advance. This usually worked well for me when I was running the outcall agency. Chances that all 3 will blow you off is slim lol

Just the way I had handled such issues. You need a good web designer that can do this typre of program, I'm pretty sure he had used cold fusion, if that means anything, I'm an amateur at the web stuff. Good luck.
