I had some problems with some guys from biggie doggie trying to get something for nothing and when I wouldn't give they posted two bad reviews on me and in my defense my boyfriend defended me I did not know of that rule and i'm truely sorry If would of known of this i would never had done that all my other reviews are true except for the two most recent ones that are not so good I'm a good honest love my job escort and always try to provide the best service for customers and had no clue about this rule Please help me and give me another chance I've been with you guys forever and don't want to lose my listing my lively hood depends on this out of all the bad providers out there you are hurting one of the good girls that does not do nothing but love to have fun please tell me what i need to do to get relisted thanks so much danielle

C'mon TER, give the girl a break here!  She does have legitimate excellent reviews and may have made a foolish mistake, but we're not all perfect here.  Give her the benefit of the doubt this time, I'm sure she's learned a valuable lesson.  Just my $.02

You are the second person that has mentioned big doggie and it's members giving them a hard time that I know of this week.

I could understand if you removed the review, but ALL the other ones were legit including a recently updated one of my own.  However, it is your right.  I just wanted to say she is a great girl and really loves what she does, I would think that should count for something.  I've been a TER member for about a year and enjoy reading the reviews and boards and I'm thankful that it led me to such a wonderful gal like Danielle.  Before joining TER I had several less than mediocre and even down right scary experiences and had debated if being a hobbyist was even worthwhile.   I've already booked with her for next week, will you at least allow new reviews to be posted?

I've never met Danielle but considering the number of good reviews that seem to be legitimate I would like to suggest that total removal is too harsh. If she's as good and as popular as she seems to be, it may not be a perfect solution for subscribers either.  For what my opinion is worth, you might do us the best service by reconsidering.

Hey if you get relisted, you might consider free services for a week as recompense!.

Actually, your explanation seems almost possible.  I vote they relist you with a warning and send you to bed without your underwear for a month (does that sound good to anyone besides me?)

I think you learned a valuable lesson here and so have we all.

Well, since the warning is right in your face each time you go to post a review (and you have to click that you agree,) I'd say the punishment should stick.

As a paying VIP member, I'm glad that a rule like this exists.  When I read a review of a provider, I don't want to have to wonder if it's all fabricated by the provider in hopes of scoring clients.  I know that the TER rule cannot 100% guard against providers reviewing themselves, but it helps.

It was a very honest mistake and now the bad guys win but i will be dam if I let them do it to another provider -my rep will always stay with me and i'm going to miss ter and all thier support a rule is a rule and i should have read them but i've only very recently started posting schedules and stuff on ter and once again they've been very helpful.have fun and please all providers please don't let people bully you and always imform ter of anything that's going on before taking matters into your own hands like i did like a big dummy take care and big wet kisses to all danielle of new england

I have seen Danielle twice.  The first time was because of the TER reviews.  After a couple of ripoffs and poor and scary experiences, TER has provided a safe haven for me.  Danielle has delivered on everything promised.  I have only had this experience with one other provider several years ago.  She is an engaging and charming person.  The negative reviews were probably a shock and led to this overreaction on her part.  I would urge TER to relist her, as a delisting would be a disservice to all hobbyists.  I will be seeing her again, soon.

I'm a paid vip member also and i never read those agreements i always agree so doesn't half they world when they order or download something i'm a good provider so the only lies here are those that i was defending myself over thanks Danielle i wasn't trying to miss lead hoppiest only always want to make you happy.I was only defending my rep.from bad hobbiest that want something for nothing thanks danielle

I have never seen Danielle, but have considered it.  It just hasnt worked out.  Considering she has been around for a while, and does have a stand up good reputation, I vote (as if I have one) to give her another shot.  

This is not to say, however, that I don't have a HUGE problem with her having a boyfriend (or friend for that matter) post a bullshit review.

Pretty odd that you have many, many greet clients with wonderful reviews and all of a sudden a few bad ones from people who have not seen you......sounds like what goes on on the other board by a chosen few/bunch. Write them off Danielle and move on. And have fun!!!

Well, if you actually read the review in question, it didn't say anything new that at least 20 other reviews already said.  It's not like it was something made up to be misleading.  As a poster of reviews, why should mine be taken down because of one non-misleading review.  I took the time to put my input in along with alot of other guys.  Isn't that what TER is for?

Do you think it is ok if a provider writes her own reviews without penalty?  Consider the value of TER, as a whole, if providers were allowed to get away with this.  Possibly the loss of one provider will convince a hundred others that this is not a good idea.

Just my humble opinion.

geez, if she's half as good as her other reviews suggest, i'd hate to lose her. i've been thinking about calling her myself, though it's not in my cards for the immediate future.... danielle, if you think you stand to lose considerable business here, maybe you should offer an act of contrition.... a couple of weeks of discounted rates, or bonus minutes, or something... and staff, how about maybe limited suspension rather than banishment?

Yes, you are allowed to still post. When you click the "Post Message" button, you see a screen that reads something like, "It may take up to 24 hours to approve your post." I usually checks the posts waiting approval many times each day. Sometimes I don't go online at night so it takes a little longer for moderated posts to appear.

As far as rebuilding your profile, I believe you are allowed to start over. Staff, please correct me if I'm wrong.

I vote that TER re-instate her profile with the valid reviews.

The boyfriend's review should be included, but marked as such so we can see how she performs in a true GFE.

I still think some type of public recompense is in order.

Everyone may want to take a different perspective on this issue.

If there are hobbists shaking down girls (Lower or no $ in exchange for a great review) and if the provider doesn't comply a select group of idiots will post bad reviews to tarnish the girls well known reputation. Then if she defends herself she is banished after years of hard work.

Isn't this a greater disservice to the hobby?

I'm sorry, but I don't see where anymore public recompense such as discounted rates or anything of that nature is called for.  Frankly it sounds a little too close to serfdom for my taste.  Nor do I get a lot of pleasure in seeing anyone punished severely for what does not seem like a huge offense-I broke a rule myself once.  Also I can't help wondering if a something for nothing philosophy is at work here-Ihope not since most of us can afford Danielle's services or we wouldn't be in the hobby.  In any case I think she's been punished enough.  She's been publically humiliated before a clientelle that she has evidently served well and generously, she's poured her heart out, and I think further punishment is cruel.  She's also convinced me that she's sincere and so have her many good reviews.  I don't get to Boston very often, but I am damn sure going to call her next time I do.

I believe she should be reinstated and her reviews returned, I have never had the pleasure of even talking to her, but as a provider I understand her reasons.  I don't agree with her actions, but she has been publicly outed and has given (in my opinion) honest answers and an honest apology.  Everyone is allowed to make a mistake, we are all human after all. I believe that she has paid for her mistake.

It sounds to me like you are saying that someone has done something to you that was similar to what VegasBob was alleged to have done.

If you are using him as an example, then I think you shouldn't have mentioned his name. If you feel the need to mention names then it should be of the person(s) that are directly involved.

I would ask that you kindly clarify this for us all.

I'm just a lurker from the New York and National Boards, and here is my 2 cents on this:  TER is too arbitrary in their termination policies. If Danielle is as good a provider as it seems she is by all these people defending her, then TER ought to at least take her side into consideration before doing something that for Danielle is almost career-ending (she has said that she completely relies on TER for her references).  Especially since she is a paying member of TER, and has always been in good standing, this is just plain and ordinary common courtesy.  But, Danielle, consider yourself lucky in one way.  A provider in your circumstance, in the Washington, DC area, had her profile removed.  At least 4 guys, myself included, simply asked TER why this happened.  That was 2 months ago and we're still waiting for a reply.  At least your moderator replied so that you have a chance to defend yourself.  Good Luck, and if I do find myself in the Boston area, I will look you up.  That is, if you can stand a NY Yankee Fan!

I agree. I also posted a review about Danielle. It says somewhere on this site that TER would not exist without us. I took the time to write an honest review and feel it should be posted. Self-posting is wrong, Danielle made a mistake! She more than realizes that now. I think TER should give her another shot. When I visited with Danielle I told her I would review her. Her reply to me was "just be honest". I do belive Danielle is an honest provider. I also read the review posted under her account. It was a little misrepresented, it was way to tame. Danielle's sessions are much more hotter than that! Give her a break!

all i was saying was that you SHOULD have known it wasn't right to have your boyfriend write a review, but you've already apologized a million times here and i'm totally on your side, i think a warning by staff would have been sufficient and appropriate. i don't think you should be made to beg for forgiveness or jump through hoops. anyway, i wish you luck and i hope to be able to meet you sometime in the near future. you seem to be getting a lot of support so i hope the damage to your rep is minimal. cya!

I must respectfully agree with the staff on this one.  While I have some sympathy for Danielle's position, it simply does not hold water to say that it was an innocent mistake.  A phony review is never an innocent mistake.  It is an intentional deception of the community.

If you are getting false reviews, the right way to handle it is to approach the board moderators or other authorities and have them examine the matter.  TBD operates that way.  I am less familiar with TER, but based on their action here, it appears that they are at least as committed as TBD to rooting out false reviews; probably more so.

You also could have asked your clients to post a favorable review.  As long as you are not trading reviews for services or discounts, etc., and as long as the reviews are accurate, that kind of favor is acceptable behavior.  Posting false reviews is a serious no-no that requires a response.
