.......... we all might be better off.

A long time ago (early eighties), the state passed the country's strictest anti gun law. Caught with an unlicensed gun, one year mandatory jail sentence.

What happened?

Isn't it strange that the cops are "slapping" a fine that amounts to the going rate for one hour of incall? Maybe they are trying to drive business indoors?
