Weather is nice, The city is  blooming back to life after the cold winter.

So you can check out all the hot foreign college girls who are out in their short skirts ! ! !

Hello, have to a free airline ticket due and thinking about a first time visit to the East Coast. Have to choose my destination and timing carefully and months in advance since it's a non revenue ticket. Would not think either the middle of winter, or the middle of summer would be the best times, as I assume it's really cold, or hot & humid there? So, which has better weather, the spring or the fall?

Thank you.

I'd probably go for spring. Fall is great too but I think I prefer spring. A couple of things to consider: (1) Hotels are often very expensive. Conventions and college graduations can result in it being very expensive and (2) weather will be a bit unpredictable. Early spring and late fall can be very cool.

Feel free to send a note if you have any specific questions.

You will find Boston somewhat similar in temperature, but with less snow in the winter.

Any time is good in Boston.

It's not too hot yet, the college students are gone, the Swan Boats are running in the Public Garden and the hotels are not too expensive yet.

College graduations are usually May 1st thru the 15th  no rooms.  Stay near riverside and use the "T"
