I ignore all except those that are very specific about their wants. Time and experience has shown me that many are just looking for attention and not serious about booking. All things considered, 90% of the ISOs posted on all the boards are easily resolved using VIP and the search feature.  

BUT hypothetically if someone posts saying they are looking for a mid-20s blonde, exotic lover of dinner dates with abs of steel and a great ass (tehehe), then I would look at reviews, posts, etc. and if all looks okay respond in a PM, most likely.

Many ladies admit to publicly responding solely for the lurkers.

That when she would respond.. they NEVER book anything.. never.. it's a waste of time..
