I noticed  a review of Jackie of Sweeties.us on 9/19...she is not in town till 9/21.    Is this some pre free advertising...posting from sweeties?

Nope, I don't think so. The provider's profile does not change from review to review, UNLESS a problem report is filled out. The first reviewer gets to set the tone, so that means the first reviewer must have seen her in Boston. If you look at the 4 reviews she has, one of them mentions Rittenhouse Square, Philly, yet Philadelphia doesn't show up as a primary or secondary city in the profile.

The review you are referring too was written by a gentleman that has written several reviews. Had you clicked on his name, you'd have seen that HIS review lists the city as Detroit, and that ALL of his reviews are in Detroit.

Since Jackie is a travelling lady, I think it's safe to assume that she has recently been in Philly, Detroit and now is coming to Boston.

Her primary city (set via her first review) was boston.  Since no updates (problem reports) had been sent in to update the database it was left that way.  I just added detroit as one of her cities.
