I received an email from a hobbyist last night, saying that they saw my website and asking if I could meet with them tomorrow. Actually, I've received A LOT of similar emails lately, despite having taken my website down and posted a note saying not to contact me until December.

Please, everyone, for the sake of my sanity, please don't contact me until AFTER December first. I'll have new rates, new (fabulous!) photos, a great new website, and a calendar to make scheduling so much easier!

Trust me -- it's worth the wait! Just keep your fingers off that "send" button until December.

There's this wonderful feature called a "vacation responder" that will probably be much more effective than posting on a discussion board how busy and popular you are.  Unless you're attempting to fabricate an image of someone extremely sought-after, that is.
