Not seeing too many "newbie friendly" providers, and need to start earning references somewhere. Did the preferred411 thing, but that won't kick in for a day or two.

I believe a few of them are newbie friendly and once you get a reference or two under your belt and/or a p411 okay or two that should really assist in making in it easier for you to get a booking with one of the beauties here on the board.

Keep trying, persistence and being a gentleman will pay off. Most of us realize that everyone started as a newbie once.

....indy ladies are fine with just a pre-meeting like at a bar or something 10-15 mins beforehand but you'd have to seek them out also.
