I know this has been asked a million times. I need to red the responses as I look at a map, lol. People say " Oh as long as your East of 90 whatever route." So this time in gonna visually look at what is being suggested. I know the burbs work for many but is back bay the area? Are there hobbyists that can really only meet in city? Thanks in advance :-)

Here's a LINK to a map with names and rough outlines of the areas.  You have to zoom in a few times.  People might disagree on the exact boundaries and names.  The Green "West Fens" area covers a lot of ground but isn't so convenient unless you're Wade Boggs (sex addicted Red Sox third baseman) or at BU.

The big grey area is "Financial District" but contains several "distinct" sub-areas: "Waterfront", "Theater District", etc.. The light pink "Seaport District" is where the Convention Center is located; very convenient, depending on the conventioneers :-) .  Back Bay is very easy access from many directions.

Due to ease of access, some consider Cambridge convenient, too.

Zoom OUT to see the outer suburbs.  Waltham is at the intersection of Interstates 90 (Mass Pike) and 95 (Route 128 loop).  Burlington / Woburn are near 95 (128) x Route 3 and 95 (128) x 93.

Here's a 'cut and paste' map with names of neighborhoods

Hi Stephanie,

we met a whiles back. I believe in the e.com days. lol. I also think we have a friend
Ms. Sandra Dee who travels to Hartford. Tell her I said hello.

When I was specific, I guess some ladies said I was inviting LE and got scolded so I will narrow down
where many travel.

Downtown/Financial District
Back/Bay/Cambridge
Waltham/Newton
Burlington/Woburn
Andover/Tewksbury

Good Luck
