So, I've been in the game for quite some time now.
I've even worked in an agency before as a driver and now I am photographer for the ladies in this business.
I honestly feel that I will never stop being a hobbyist, I love women and I can't get enough of them.  
But one thing that I've noticed over the years is how some of the providers don't understand that this game is backed by so many supporters and they choose to take advantage of some of the men and men we got to start being honest on how the providers really are.
For example, the photos in the ad should be YOU! Please stop posting pics from 5 yrs ago, or pics that have been photoshopped way too much. It is such a disappointment when you arrive and see that girl you were so excited to meet does not look anything like the photos.  
Like any business, the customers are always right. And customers, you need to stop being scared of being honest. Girls that you claim are 10 when in reality are 7's or 8's. Save the 10's for the ones that really deserver it. We donate way too many roses to be tricked and lied to. I alone spent over six figures in this hobby. So lets keep it real and have each others back, lets protect the good ladies and warn about the bad ones.

You have to take into account in this business for most ladies this is there only source of income, a lot of them say they have real job and only do this on the side or are college students, that's a load of crap.  

Now you have younger ladies entering the business, ( the hot 22 year old) Guys are going to go and see them and stop seeing the older ladies, they need to do something to get the business back, so a quick name change and use some older photos and VOILA you have a new provider on the scene all young and hot, but not really.  

 
As for reviews and I am sure a lot of guy will admit that they have been asked if they can't give a provider a 10/10 not to review them. If they do review them and it's not a 10/10 the hell a provider will let lose on them is unbelievable.  

Blacklisting, threats to expose them and so on. I know for a fact and have posted about it, that I have seen ladies that got all 9/10 for performance in there reviews, have seen them and walked out of the appointment wondering how in the world they got a 9/10 to begin with.  

For having each other backs that only works of you can Back Channel people, posting about bad provider or bad agencies are only going to bring more hell down on you. Look at all the BS that has been on the board in the past few days.  

 
It's just the nature of the business, it would be nice to fix it, but there really is not way to fix it.

No, you're right. This is the way it is. if only I can be a financial advisor to some of these girls so that they can retire and let the newbies take a turn.  
I had one woman who posted that she was in her 30's and when I went to see her she was at least 50, and yes i was surprised because she had nothing but 10's on her profile.  
What can you do , but apologize and walk out.

Why should you be the one to apologize, she is the one who lied to you, not the other way around. By my way of thinking SHE is the one who owes the apology.

I'd like to hear both sides on this topic.  
Recently read a review (Gen stuff) mentioning a provuder being a lot heavier and not that good looking. Only one to mention it. I'm not a VIP right now so can't dig deeper. I'd probably wait till I learn more before I asked "are you a heavier than the pics on your site?" I prefer to err on the kinder, gentler side and would be even more hesitant to leave IF she's not the girl in the pictures.  
Any feedback would be appreciated. Ladies, how would you feel about this and how would you prefer someone to ask you that question, if at all.

But, that was a shitty way to deliver your message.  Lol   Anyway,  I agree with the OP. I have been to meet and greets and had the opportunity to see the real deal with my own eyes. It's pretty funny to me. But,  I can imagine it's not too funny when you are expecting a sweet looking 10 and you arrive to find a dusty, old bird.  For the record my crappy cell phone pics are 100% real and recent.  Still crappy  cell pics though lol.  I am working on it though.  Happy fucking xxx Erin
