I think it's fair to judge the agency in general based on the blogs that the agency itself posts. After all, the agency rarely gets more than a brief mention in the provider reviews.

I agree and the agency must take responsibility and ensure that the girls are healthy before they start working for them. Then test monthly.That's what brothels do in Vegas and they have NO issues. But many of the agencies do not in this area.
