1. Even if you find a local photog that does glamour - boudoir photos, make sure they are Provider friendly and will allow you to use the pics as you wish (your ads) and not claim copyright infringement to block you.

2. Scan the local Boston ad photos and look for photog watermarks. Then google their web sites.

3. Not all the photogs are local but many photogs tour, just like Providers, and rent local studio space and provide backgrounds, etc. and try to schedule bookings in advance. Unless you need new pics NOW, see who will be in town or nearby and schedule a more leisurely photo shoot.

4. When you do get new photos for your ads, be sure to watermark them so they don't get stolen and used by others.  

I can look at the photog watermarks, too, but I just don't know who is actually local.

It's worth the trip. His makeup artist/assistant is also a total doll. I had a fabulous experience and will be revisiting him soon.  

He wears a red sweater, has a power mustache, and gets great results with his disposable camera.
