I have gone through two rounds (identities) with both Paypal and Square. Both eventually kicked me off. It was GREAT while it lasted, but those companies won't work with us and you will get caught as a provider because the consistent high value transactions are not something they are used to seeing; raises a red flag etc.
Those were the good old days! I've heard of bank wire but have not tried that. Something about giving my bank info out makes me uncomfortable...
