Basically they said they have pulled ads in the United States because of the new law. I replied and told them it wasnt a law yet. I doubt that they care
First off it sucks, but not much we can do abut it now.
I have been reading about people's idea about we're to post information, and most of them have not been good.
Twitter, instagram, tumblr, snapchat, LinkedIn and so on are not the answer, or is a stand alone app. All these website are going to have to do 1 of 2 things, try to play completely dumb about want is going on with their website or go hard core moderation, now do you think that any one of these website want the PR nightmare of being accused of helping in human trafficking. Twitter is in rough shape financially, this will not help them at all. They could lose members or spend a small fortune in legal fee to fight this and most likely lose.
Now TER, Craigslist have pulled all the ads, on their sites, I'm sure BP will do the same shortly. My only hope is that TER pulled the ads until their lawyer can go over this whole mess and figure out what their exposure will be if they keep the ads up.
