Hey Guys-

Looking over my inboxes this morning I noticed that there were several inquiries/reservations that I hadn't attended to.  I have a bad habit of opening email or PMs on my mobile and forgetting to respond when I'm at my machine.  I'm trying to play catch up - so please, if I haven't responded to a request don't feel slighted.  If I have grossly neglected your communication, I will extend time or try to make a gesture with a slightly reduced fee for the inconvenience.  I understand that some of you have to plan your interludes and I don't want anyone to think that I don't value your time or interest.
