Planning a trip to Boston and I'm wondering if you guys have the 411 on friendly hotels (ie ones with no elevator key). As always, answering directly is probably better than putting it in the thread for discretion.  

Stay away from seaport or theater district.  
Boston and Cambridge are pretty much easy going.

Waltham, Braintree and Woburn have high-volume. As such, I guess the hotels are "friendly."
