When your looking at the ad highlight the phone #

right mouse check and a window will open up check on the line
that says" Search Google for xxx.xxx.xxxx.

Click on it and check out any posts that are for escorts, if the photos don't match.
Then there is something wrong.

I did a quick on your ad and found this

Same phone # not the same photos  not the same name.
