I have already started a little boycott of my own I'm not going to use business' that hire foreign companies to do their telephone work. The unemployment rate here is through the roof and insurance companies are saying there is a shortage of workers so they need to send the work offshore.
Seriously, for me it would depend on what language she speaks and how she looks. I'd also need to see some solid reviews to ensure she really is what she's been advertised to be, i.e. looks, GFE, etc.

My first encounter with Indian customer service was with Netgear. I will say they helped me with my router, but it took awile because of the translation.
Most recently, I call my mortgage company and end up in India. Now THAT was a horror show!!!
On the other hand, when a provider does not speak English, they tend to get down to work pretty quickly. No wasted time trying to break the ice, or hearing about their problems, other clients, etc.
