Try not to over think it.

... have seen a number of providers who have long established presence in the biz here in greater Bosotn area (web site, etc) who suddenly 'disappear' and then reappear with a new name, new web site, etc- do ladies get tired and 'reinvent' themselves once in a while, or is it possibly a sign they were busted by LE and had to re-enter the biz with a new identity?

As well as reporting the web address to police. And informing you by email!
 {had the lovely experience of endeuring that before.} She emailed me links to my web page and asked what the local police dept are gonna think about it when she shoes them it. along with link to site in her email.  
 trouble is her husband was telling me he was gonna move in and be with me, saying he was moved out and living with brother. Turned out he was leaving my apt every day then going back home to her. Essentially using us both ...
 I am baffled at the wife whom goes after the escort instead of getting a divorce. I for one am not married. I can do what I want.  
 so.
 Its funny when they go after the girl.  
    they could also have to hide from thiers.o. or family alot ladies have bf husband families kids, lotsa reasons. its a fun job for exactly that reason. creating a character a theme. its fun. the reinvention process can befun.
