I haven't used it much, but the two times I have it has been fine.  I'll usually google the phone number to see if the person comes up on other sites - either postings or reviews - and if there are no results I don't even bother with it.  The two times I've used it is was a girl visiting from NY and then Mya who is a regular poster (and I reviewed her here).  I also tend to go for the photos that are clearly in hotels and not airbrushed glamor shots.
