I woke up this morning, and I feel like a brand new woman!  : )  Today is my 30th birthday! : )  It feels so cool to be able to say that I'm 30 years old! : )  I think I'm officially a grown-up now : )

I remember, 10 years ago on this day... I was at the tattoo parlor getting a tattoo, and I was thinking the same thing... I thought that at 20 years old I was officially an adult... although... somehow, I made it through my 20's without feeling much different than I did as a teenager : )

I can't wait for 10 years from now... there will be a post from me announcing my new "Cougar" status! : )

Welcome to adulthood, sweetie.  For those of us who arrived a few years (or decades) before you, may we all see the world through eyes as generous and beautiful as yours...Grace-colored glasses.

Hopefully, your 30's will feel just like your 20's as far as not "feeling much different than a teenager" and you'll feel the same way when you look back on your 30th birthday. From all your posts and everything I've read about you you sound pretty happy with yourself the way you are. It's not about never changing or growing it's about always seeing that 20 year old when you look in the mirror not trying to be anything other than the person you know in your heart. Happy Birthday!
