So Lent is coming in a couple of weeks and a friend and I had a discussion on what vices we give up for this period. For me it was alcohol last year and that was pretty tough but I got through it. This year needs to be different obviously. So the subject of giving up sex (including masturbation) for Lent came up.
Honestly I'm thinking about giving it a shot. No sexual activity whatsoever for 43 days and nights lol. Have any of you guys / gals in the hobby ever willingly tried this with success? I don't know if I could do it but this is a vice of mine, and it would be interesting to see if I could step up to the challenge lol. Just curious to know if anyone else has given up sex for Lent. If not feel free to share what you do give up if anything : )
Or better yet, give up religion altogether for Lent?
It's not as stupid an idea as it sounds. You are supposed to give up something important to you, right? Well religion seems to be pretty important to you if you feel the need to talk about it on a fuck board, so why not give it up for Lent. I am sure God will understand. The Bible is full of loopholes so you can still get to heaven, just ask all those baby raping Priests. (oop, too harsh???) I guess you don't need to ask what I will be giving up, do you? lol
