Pics are not allowed on normal board posts. That makes the post an ad.
Theme days, like this, are different.
You can post a pic to meet the topic....but not a link to your site.
Basically it's a way to skirt around the one ad every seven day rule.......and give the guys some eye candy.
It's a win-win if done right.
