You have been around for a while, and you know that in this business, as in others, there is always the potential for error. The true test is how the agency responds when something goes wrong, as it inevitably will at some point. In your case, it sounds like PC stepped up and handled it.
I had one minor glitch too, as I have with pretty much every other agency I have used, but the girls were very gracious and MORE than made up for it.
Of course, if things go wrong constantly, that is another story, but that is not the case here. So I would say respectfully that, in my experience, the girls AND service have both been great.

I'm from the Washington DC area, and many of you know the agency Platinum Companions. I've found an erroneous source, and it is very questionable. I have taken the necessary steps to try to remedy the situation. First, I am very familiar with this agency, because I have seen their girls before, and it is evident within my profile. I have also been white-listed from the girls there at that agency. So, my testimony is credible.
They were schedule to tour the Boston area on 2/6-2/12, but canceled their tour date. I've also read some comments to the OP's thread about their agency's ad that confirmed their cancellation. However, is this the consensus of the majority of hobbyist within this area? Conversely, did anyone see them despite the replies to the agency's OP ad that stated they have canceled their tour dates?
The purpose of my thread is the result of an extreme outlier within one of the girls reviews within that agency. He mentioned that he saw her while they toured the Boston area. There were some other things that were mentioned that was highly unlikely for that particular provider to which I cannot discuss because it is designated within the juicy details.
Please let me know if they toured the Boston area, or they have canceled their tour date. I have already filed a problem report to the outlier, but, I need supporting evidence to my case. My intentions for this thread is to be admirable to this agency because they are excellent IMO, and the outlier leaves a loathsome taste in my mouth. Thank you for your support and feed-backs!
well they did come to boston this week starting 02/06/12 but had to cut their trip short because something came up??? i did in fact see one of those girls and i did write a review that hasnt been approved yet i was also disappointed when i tried to confirm my other appointments for the week and found out they were canceled

I have dealt with Platinum Companions (PC) quite a bit and I think they are a top notch agency. I have always received stellar treatment both on the telephone and in person, as reflected in my recent review of Lindsey. I have not had the good fortune to see Ashley, but had wonderful experiences with Lindsey and Lacey.
I was a bit disappointed to find that their trip to Boston was cut short, but I'm sure there was a good reason, and hopefully the lovely ladies of PC will be back here soon.
I also noticed the recent outlier review and it is in such stark contrast to the other outstanding reviews that I dismissed it. There are four pages of fantastic reviews and one mediocre review. I don't think that would deter any sensible hobbyist. Also, it has to be said that the author of the mediocre review has no other reviews to his name, and so has not yet built any credibility in this community.
I hope they keep sending their awesome girls to our fair city.

I saw Lacey. A very sexy young spinner who I wrote a great review of and had a great time with. That being said many services were up charged. Of course greek is but I did not anticipate cim or cof would be. If you read their girls reviews carefully you will notice severe inconsistencies (Ashley is a good example). Some reviews mention cim and cof with no mention of up charge. Others do. For these reasons I am reluctant to go back to them. I need to know what to expect when I get in the room. I don't think this is asking too much.
All girls here average above average. Not everyone that submits a review is going to discuss up charges. The extra services we offer and uncharge for are EXTRA services. It's completely up to th client if they want it. We give them what they pay for... All our pictures are accurate and we all love to please! If guys have problems with that then they are seeing the wrong girls. Maybe backpage is a better level for them!

What Charlie is saying is that, other than greek or unless it is spelled out, everything else IS a regular service and not an EXTRA service - that is the defacto standard (at least in reviews on this board). An upcharge for services not spelled out in advance is backpage level. BTW, given this type of thing is difficult to 'spell out', many providers use a PSE rate to alert potential clients that it'll cost extra for these services.
I only have good things to say about these agency, I had a wonderful time with Ashley on her two visits, she never upsell, my only complaint is that their not touring Boston more often, in my humble opinion if someone cannot deal with a cancellation then go somewhere else.
