Guidance please: thoughts regarding when and how much to tip a provider (assume an incall $250-300 1hr GFE experience)? Does being a "regular" (1-2 times a month) and/or agency v. indy change your opinion? I know money is money but, what is truly expected...especially from the provider community.  Thanks
