Booked a date with a beautiful provider  visiting  Boston/Waltham area. She responded really fast to emails and text messages. Told me she will text me hotel address 2 hrs before the date and never heard from her after that text. I sent two text messages to remind her about sending the address and got nothing.  

I won't give her name because there might be a real serious reason why she did this and don't want to give her a bad rep.
