As much as people rave about it, I really can't imagine having sex in an airplane 'lavatory'.  Having flown so much, I've been in some really bad ones.  The mental concept is nice but reality, I don't think so... PLUS I would hate to leave the airplane looking like a member of the Blue Man Group.
