I've never seen Danielle and haven't been hobbying too long but if you are going to use this system effectively you will start by knowing if someone has dozens of good reviews and one bad one she is probably a quality provider.  Of course, you may not have an amazing experience yourself because there is no such thing as a "sure thing."  But finding out for yourself is what this is all about.

Don't get me wrong, this board is about exchanging information but a question like yours may be seen as redundant.

Danielle is sweet and a capable provider.  You might like to know that we have several very good providers in the area that can ease your introduction into the hobby very nicely.
