I have to take the time and compliment Frankie and the Cat Run Agency. In my opionion this is a first class agency. I have spoken to Frankie on many occasions even before setting up an appointment with one of her ladies and enjoyed talking to her very much. She is very loyal to her ladies and highly committed to top notch customer service for her clients. I had made an appointment to see one of her ladies and 2 days before the big day I became very sick and was unable to call and cancel.
When I was in the hospital the day before I suppose to meet the lady my cell rang ( this is my main phone). It was Frankie calling me to confirm the next day appointment(how many agencies do that for a 2 hour appointment). When I explained that I could not make it I thought she might be upset and not believe me. To my surprise she asked if there was anything she could do. To me this showed a lot of class.
Most people would just say Ok and hang up. I am sorry to ramble on but I felt compelled to post this because you do not meet people like this every day. Frankie is one of the best people in this industry and I felt the rest of you gentlemen should know. God bless you Frankie and I personally wish you and Cat run a long life in the industry. Your are appreciated very much.
