You were probably expecting primarily male answers, but I figured it would be harmless to chime in here 
Of course, some people have domestic concerns and can't bring home anything that looks more personal than a gift from a coworker, but most of my guys are single so it's not an issue. Who gets gifts on my list is more a matter of common interests, and seeing that special something that I know they'll like. I'm totally not one to wrestle the crowds on Black Friday in hopes of getting some kind of deal, but if I am out and I see something that I know one of my gentlemen will like, I will pick it up. Actually had bought a lovely gift for my then atf for her birthday (first time buying a gift for her btw) but unfortunately never caught up with her again. My fault. But literally just gave the gift away a week ago as I figured I'd never get the chance to give it to her. But yes if I had the same connection again I'd get another gift or twelve 
for someone like her. Happy Thanksgiving everyone!
