I love reading the Northeast and West Coast discussion boards. Folks actually have something to say and in an articulate manner. I do think you need to consider NYC as most used also. Florida lets get going!

If you visit the Carolinas board you'll see that I have started a number of threads to give locals a reason to reply. I've learned that people won't visit a board every day unless they see new posts each time they come back. If you give them something to read, eventually they start replying. This will work in FL too!
