it IS indeed the hobby-friendly capitol of the region ... i'm sure you know of all the pertinent links (resorts, agencies, etc) i don't have them handy but i posted them on the ISO/newbie board a while back i think

Next week I am leaving for my little place in paradise.I will be there for a month.I will have computer access so I will try to post a little along the way without it sounding like a na na na na nah.Truthfully,for guys that like to hobby,it is certainly one of the finest places in the world.(with all due respect to Brazil and Thailand which are just too long a trip for me)If anyone has any specific questions about it,I will be happy to answer them here.

It's actually very cheap and easy. I've been there on my own and with local assistance I've gotten decent providers for pennies.

There's a bar called the Blue Marlin, which is across the Holiday Inn in San Jose were the ladies are waiting for their customers to take them home for less than $.

Hey I am headed to costa rica in mid-october. I was hoping you could give me some A+ references. I have been twice before so I know about the del rey hotel and surrounding area, but the girls change out so frequently, non-ticas that is, that it is tough to find the good ones quick each time. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
