One of the early criticisms of pre-Facebook, when it was still just a Harvard-only website, was that it was too creepy: "According to The Harvard Crimson, Facemash used "photos compiled from the online facebooks of nine Houses, placing two next to each other at a time and asking users to choose the "hotter" person"."

.
You can sign up for Facebook and do your cruising that way. Good luck not leaving a digital trail of the  pages you visit and who you end up stalking.
.
On the other hand (scroll down each page for demographic stats):
BU student population is 14% Asian (M and F): https://edurank.org/uni/boston-university/
BC is 9%: https://edurank.org/uni/boston-college/
Harvard 14%: https://edurank.org/uni/harvard-university/
MIT 20%: https://edurank.org/uni/massachusetts-institute-of-technology/
(You can finish the list for another 40 Boston area colleges)
or, for better stats, try CA:
UCLA 26%: https://edurank.org/uni/university-of-california-los-angeles/
UCSD 30%: https://edurank.org/uni/university-of-california-san-diego/

All the major colleges and universities in town are now getting back in session. Surely, there will will have to be some very friendly new Asian students who will be looking for some discreet fun. Anyone meet  any yet?

Looking at the local ad page, one of the ladies definitely seems Asian, in early 20’s definitely seems to fit your desired qualities in meeting up for a cup of too hot to handle, before it is spilling due to high pressure?

Valerie staufer has a conworker that fits this bill

Pardon thy ignorance, but who is Valerie Staufer? Search engine comes up nill.

Valeria Stauffer and Delphine Li

Delphine Li is almost certainly a student (she's under 25 and was gone all summer & just returned).

But you (like many of us) probably looking for an Asian student more UTR and less expensive.  That's the dream!

IMO, you're more likely to have some luck finding college age asian girls at asian massage places.

From all that I know through the years there are no college age Asian students working at massage places

They are usually older 35+ at those places.  I personally don't know of any massage place
that has college age girls working there.  Never have seen it in Boston
NYC there are many
