Before every fan of Jordan jumps down my throat please read my entire post.  This heading in no way diminishes the sexual skills of this hot woman.  I wrote a review of her a while back and stand by that review as to her sexual performance and physical beauty, it is a totally different issue with her attitude and ethics.

I saw her at a very nice downtown hotel and it was an amazing sexual experience where we hit is off very well.  She suggested and I agreed to have her visit me overnight in the south and sent her a 4 figure deposit and bought her plane ticket.  It was a very good experience, not as good as the first time, but still very good.  This led to her suggestion of a two day visit which I also agreed to and same approach from a financial perspective.  This time she wanted a spa visit and then to have me buy some clothing for her, well shame on me for agreeing to those requests.  I noticed a slight change in attitude of one of I am superior and of self-importance.

We agreed on a third visit for the week after the July 4th holiday and she booked her flights.  Well the weekend before the visit I notice that she had reversed the bookings, i.e. leaving from the south going to Boston and vica versa for the return flight.  She called me once she got my email telling her of the incorrect booking and asked that we postpone the visit to the end of July as she was “working” for a very well know men’s magazine and was tired.  I agreed that it was fine to do that, but prior to the visit I had to cancel do to another conflict.  She then suggested September or October and I declined as it was too far into the future and requested she return my deposit.  She responded quickly saying no lets wait and she did not want to return my “gift”.  I responded that it was not a gift and that as she and I had no specific timeframe to meet that she return the deposit.  Since that email she has gone silent and won’t respond to calls, emails or texts.

I am sorry to have to post this, but I feel I have no other options.

Jack

Sounds like once she got you to the overnight, she know she could take advantage of you. Sorry to hear that, it happens.

Once the attitude changed I would have walked away.
Hey it's your choice and your money, so no need to but up with the BS. No matter how good the lay is.

Don't count on getting your money back, Odds are that she already spent it.

It's a hard lesson learned.

that really sucks. would drive me crazy. i would post this message on a weekly basis with updates on your attempts to recover your funds. there is no room for unscupulous hobbyists or providers in this community and was one of the reasons ter was founded. either the money is returned or her reputation is impacted so that it will cost her several times over. what a shame. :-(
i hope she responds to these posts to clear up this matter.

Responded to the FL post since I got a PM from someone with a "care to post" comment?
Obviously not ignoring, if I suggested an August visit or September... You can GLADLY check both emails JK as I have not received emails from you.

There's no point in returning anything now as my reputation is on blast, even though that is NOT how I handle business. Having all info to get in touch including both phone numbers there was a better way to get my attention.

would be your redemption. Your reputation would not only be salvaged but I would imagine folks might just have a renewed respect for you... we all make mistakes. Admit it and move on.

Whether you like his communication skills or not, you have an ethical responsibility to either provide the service or return the money.

I also note that you seem to be traveling with or promoting at least one other woman.  Why not give her a break and acknowledge the debt and repay it.  It is not just your reputation that can be harmed.

your reputation and name can be easily returned to where it was before this chapter simply by doing the right thing. if not, then by your admission here steps should be taken here and other websites to label you a ripoff, which it doesn't seem you are. give the guy his money back or schedule a session soon, if he agrees and end this insanity. he's already shown his good faith now please reciprocate.

To be both honest and ethical.
Without these, your tarnished reputation will further blacken.
This is where the 'maturity' so many claim, yet so few practice, comes into play.
My issue with you is that you cannot (or refuse to) see this yourself.

You are relatively new and young.
It may take some time for all who've witnessed to look past this.
But, you have no other option if you still wish to be part of the community.

(now stepping down from my soapbox)

What?! That's a fatalist attitude if I've ever heard one. Give it back, maybe he'll reschedule with you on his own terms.

You're being ridiculous. Like a petulant child.

The saga continues, see posts on the FL board.  She has clearly no intention of returning my funds and now is blaming me for lack of communication.  Too bad it has gotten to this point.

JL, You had the opportunity to make things right with this post, or at least start things in the right direction. You seem to have chosen another path.

If we assume it was his poor communication skills for the moment, then you could have feigned ignorance and mailed the OP to clear things up... or just return the deposit. Either way, no harm no foul.

If you had returned the deposit and he hadn't posted an update, then you'd be justified in calling him out as well.

The OP's post was very even handed and well written, and acknowledged previous positive interactions, which would have facilitated a positive outcome if you had chosen to respond in a professional manner. The OP also posted using his real handle, which lends credence to his version of the story.

Instead, you responded first as if the OP had not communicated, and then as if all the damage was already done with no further options, and a decision to keep his deposit. You then try to imply that you're also professional, which is pretty tough given your response of "nothing to return."

Parties often have disagreements in business, but no service equals no pay. Especially when this was a future appointment and you had zero risk or exspense involved. If he really didn't communicate, you have the option to DNS the OP. However, my guess is he has a few emails to back up his story.

You do a disservice to yourself and, to a degree, to your fellow providers with your choice. Other clients will be THAT much more reluctant to engage in LT dates. Especially given all the hoopla from providers (which I agree with) about the impact of client NCNS. This is the kind of situation to cause clients to be more cavalier about NCNSing a provider.

You had an early reputation for being, let's just say, dramatic or flaky. That seems to have gone by the wayside relatively quickly with the high level of service you provided. This, like karma, will likely bring that back many times over.

That said, you have to opportunity to limit the damage by writing a mea cuppa and returning his deposit, or assuming it is already spent, apologize and make arrangements for compensation.

You still cam limit the damage and act as if you truly are professional as you state.

It's your choice.

Facts are KJ has seen Jordan Lee a few times already. He also gave her a very nice review and she, to her credit, white listed him. A very nice start. KJ has invested considerable time and assets to be with Jordan Lee so she obviously must have many redeeming qualities. Jordan Lee now finds herself in this unenviable situation where she is being beat up in a public forum. Unfortunate indeed. The proverbial snowball effect. Who knows how things would have turned out if it were handled differently. Jordan should be given here a window of opportunity to clear this up. Call it a moritorium on all negative posts to give Jordan and KJ time to negotiate a satifactory conclusion when KJ can announce in this arena that it has all been a miscommunication coupled with a misunderstanding and all is well with the world. Shall we say, 3 hours?

I think this topic has run its course.

The original poster stated the circumstances and his position, Jordan has responded.

Let's leave this be.  If the two parties involved make it right between themselves off-line, then I'm sure the OP will post about it.

For now, I think everything's been said.

lack of communication or not, she should return the money.  However, maybe ending up on her doorstep one night might help.  Pay up or service me.
