Saw the Ad in Phoenix, is this the same 'elegant' that was operating some two years ago?  Also, the guy who answered the phone sounded like the same guy for 'upscale'.  Any insights?

They are the same agency.  Elegant is a stable, low key agency similar to Room Service.  Jack answers the phone often.  They deliver as promised.  Tell him what you are looking for and he will be honest and tell you if they have someone close.  They prefer no reviews or promoting, but they have been one of my regular agencies, for the reasons mentioned above.  MM
