I can't wait to find roads with no black ice, sand, salt...today I cranked it up,
This has been way too long a winter...this is one of my favorite things to do....I have others.

have faith fellow winter ppl
we may have a while to go a few more storms BUT there are definate signs of Spring all around
This mornimng I wore up to Geese flying over...heading north
Daylight savings
I hear all kinds of birds out and about
AND the distinct odor of *skunk* in my neighborhood, so they are no longer Hibernating

in the next week I suspect my woodpecker will arrive back in my woods behind my house
then robins and bluejays
we are definately on our way

pLEASE ADD ANY SIGNS OF SPRING YOU CAN THINK OF...

And thin ice on ponds and rivers. Be careful out there!

I walked across the Charles river a few weeks ago. Would not try it now....

But, you're right to focus on the positive.

The change to DST is another harbinger, and just yesterday I saw a squirrel running up a tree.

Woodpeckers, eh?  Nah, I won't go there.  8o)

I do not expect to have to use it again.. I also started up my motorcycle just to make sure it could remember what it's supposed to do..  :-)

But on the plus side short skirts and high heels will soon be seen walking around Boston

On lunch break today, a few of us decided to take a walk due to the beautiful weather we are having today. Well, that walk somehow got us to Cambridgeside Galleria, you know how us ladies love to shop. All these beautiful bathing suits being displayed. Thinking about the warm ray's hitting my body as I basque in the warm sand on my days off. I decided that my Spring tradition is to go bikini shopping.

Can't wait to wear them! I bought 3 of them:)

Make sure your take off your long johns....

Hailing from L.A., my experience with this snow stuff and whatever this thing you call winter is is quite limited.  I am fascinated by all of the random stuff emerging from melting snow banks.  Cars, bicycles, a motorcycle complete with helmet, dead animals, clothes.....  I'm compiling a photo collection!
