The purpose of this post in mainly in response to the one on the Ad board from the other day titled "is the Belladonna still open?". The simple answer is, of course we are!
It took me some time to find the right words to say, and to decide how much of my personal life I wanted to put out there. I do want to thank the posters; they have given me a much needed realization of sorts and I have reaffirmed my commitment to the service this agency provides, on all levels. No exceptions.
Amongst all the other crap that has been going on, my new bride and I are expecting in the near future and it has been a difficult pregnancy. Very touch and go at times. It is tough to field phone calls and emails when we are in a doctor’s office or stuck in the ridiculous traffic in this city lately. It seems like even getting the smallest of tasks done is an all day event.
Things have been tough. It just never seems to stop. I made a decision, or more accurately been forced to by circumstance, to put a lot of trust and faith into some of those that I worked with that just plan and simply were not up to the task, our standards, and were in way over their head. You guys deserve better, I am sorry if some of you did not get treated as you deserve to be. Those days are now gone.
If you want things done right, you need to do them yourself, and no one else will run your business like you do. Clichés for certain, but also very true.
For those reasons myself and my new bride/baby mommy will be running everything ourselves again. We will be answering all calls, emails, taking care of and updating the neglected Yahoo Group, and getting back to bringing in the finest and the most beautiful talent possible to our guys.
THE BEST WAY TO REACH US IS BY PHONE. Emails can get lost in the shuffle, spamed, our server goes down, or we simply cannot get to them right away. If you do email, and it goes unanswered for more than 4 or 5 hours, PLEASE CALL! If you are looking for a same day appointment PLEASE CALL, and for all of you new guys looking to use the service, YOU MUST CALL to be screened. The website will be updated in the near future, so this part of the issue will be handled more effectively and effectively.
I know there are only so many times I can get up here and say this, but it does need to be said to all of our loyal, and at times frustrated guys that have stuck with our agency. I feel you need to have an understanding of what had been going on.
We appreciate your loyalty to this agency, and that is why we will never let you down. We will continue to back our service on all levels, from your phone call all the way through your appointment. If we drop the ball, we make it up to you, bottom line. Your money and time will never be lost or wasted on our service. That is how it has been from Day 1 and we will continue to honor our commitment to all of you.
