Focusing on just Boston area for now:

Being such a wonderful college town, the ebbs and flows of returning and emerging new talents follow somewhat of the academic calendar flow;

Weather, conferences, graduations, dorm move-in and sports play key factors too, as certain times during the year, accommodation could be tough to come by/high cost$

And combining these with the local K-12 school schedules, and it is possible to have certain time being busier than others.

The top notch independent ladies are always unlikely to be available last minute, or even same week, and they are unlikely to host. And if they host, making sure that all the ducks are in a row in the garden is critical

Happy March Madness!

Something I’ve always wondered about:  are certain times of the year busier or quieter than others?  What about now, late winter, is the biz quieter, busier or pretty much the same as always?    Anyone care to offer an opinion?
