Are downtown hotels still on lockdown, only essential medical personnel? Do front desks still restrict access?  Thanks everybody!

i noticed alot of them are closed when i drive by

Several 2- and 3-star hotels are open but amenities like bars and room service aren't available.  I've also had to provide documentation that I'm an essential worker.  (I'm a retail merchandiser, so "essential" is a relative term.)
