As many are aware, there is a little hoopla up in Kennebunk Maine over a client list that may be exposed as evidence in a pending case. News this weekend confirmed that the defense is now in possession of this list. The defense lawyer has stated in previous news reports that he will call everyone on that list as a witness and may expose names on the list as part of his clients defense.

170+ names, addresses, dates, services rendered, cost of service, marital status and misc other stuff that you would never expect a provider to keep on file.

Sometimes its not just LE that outs hobbyists. Recently a very well known NH provider's SO got into a fight with her, took her cell phone, and then outed many of her clients (from the cell phone contacts) onto her website which he had the password to.

What a mess!
