That is no protection from being arrested.   If LE wants you, they will arrest you.  Will the charge "stick"?  That is a different issue, but by that time you have already been arrested, your picture has been posted everywhere, etc.

As to CL, I have had some great encounters from the women I have met on CL.   I will not post again, but lets just say that my good to bad ratio is very high.  It takes a 6th and even 7th sense to determine which CL "ladies" are worth visiting.
