I just received a copy of an email that was apparently sent to a provider and bcc:'d to her client list. It mentioned that something had been posted on TER, but I didn't see anything, so I am posting this.  

Her apparent carelessness is troubling.

I just received the email you sent to your clients, regarding your availability.  It arrived with the names and email addresses of your 100 clients revealed.  Then a second email arrived shortly thereafter from you, with your apology along with some lame-ass excuse. There is no excuse.  People trusted you with their personal information and you fucked up.  

This is the second time this has happened in a month.  The last time I suspect no one said anything because everyone was in shock seeing your client list revealed and being emailed to 100 other people.  This time, I am saying something.  There was no reason for this.  At the very least, the names/email addresses should have been in the bcc: field so they wouldn't be seen.  You were cut slack the last time this happened.  Now, this is too much.  

Take your business and move to another city.  There is already something being posted on TER.  You are a careless fuck, and you should get out of this business, which requires trust and discretion.  You have neither, nor apparently a brain.
