Willing to visit with Americano, Flat White, Mocha, Single Origin or Blends, and Dark Roast hobbyists.

Once I am sure we have a Direct Trade and Fair Trade, we are ready for our Roast Date.  We can go from a very short (15 minute) Espresso to a Latte night appointment.  There are no discounts for Micro-Lot.

I am the Barista and will serve you a true Cup of Excellence.  Begin with a little Cupping and then a French Press. Remember before your Redeye is ready to Crema you must Filter the Coffee.

Some prefer to have an Extraction and use the Pour-Over Coffee technique.  That is fine or I can Siphon that Drip Coffee especially if it is during my Seasonal Coffee time.

Bet you can't get this at Starbucks !!!
