So I called a provider who was posting on BP.  I called to get a rate and location. When she told me she was pretty close to my location, I asked if she knew of any reviews she might have online.  I searched her phone # on TER and on google prior to asking but nothing came up.  She didn't have her name on her ad so I couldn't search by that.

I made the mistake of saying "is it possible you have reviews under a different name?" Which, granted, wasn't the best choice of words.

She got mad and yelled at me to get off her phone and hung up.  Then she called back 5 minutes later to say that she put me on a "blacklist" and next time I try to call any provider, they're going to "f' with me like I f'd with her"

Can someone give me a reality check that I wasn't out of line and give me the straight skinny on the Blacklist thing? I don't want to schedule a date with a provider and wind up ringing the doorbell at the chief of police's house.

So many legit ladies reviewed on Ter.

Several providers I've known have changed names, and some even use two names at once for different types of service, so she is BSC for giving you the bum's rush.

Also, FWIW, many gals I know put little faith in these black lists as they know that crazy gals list guys for all kinds of stupid reasons.  Some gals even list their favorite clients so that the client won't be able to see other gals.

anyone can post anything here about anybody- I know- my real name showed up here 2 years ago and someone who decided to do a google search on my name found a link and my life was upside down for 2 years- over time the connection gets buried, or you can pay $3 K to a service to inundate the web with additional links about you that smother the NB list, but still there is no guarantee-

to prove a point I posted a 'review' of a fictional character, and low and behold, it showed up- most of what is on here could be total fiction, but there could be a bit of truth as well.  My frustraton was that while yes I am an occasssional hobbiest, I've always been a gentleman and never treated a lady in an ungentlemanly way-

Seriously, luckily I have never had to post on this type of service, but I wouldn't give a good reference if there were issues. I feel that this list is what a review forum could be for women.
Sometimes you have people writing things online that is their experience with you, in this case not good but it blankets over all the good. . Now, if you put any kind of online power in peoples hands that are using the system vindictively you will have this.
I also agree, stay Away from unstable women (and men)
